Question Drain line after dump valve

Is there a way to access plastic pipe after dump valve w/out removing belly pan on 1976 rear bath AS? The pipe goes thru side of frame just forward of bumper then fitting for hose on end. This pipe came loose aft of black tank dump valve inside where thru frame under black plastic liner that hose stores in and shore power cord stores. Can this liner be removed after removing bumper then granting access to pipe? Liner can not be removed as is. Bill

Not sure about 76 but on my 73 and 71 you access the dump valve drain pipe junction by drilling out the rivets that hold the beltline trim and banana wrap so you can remove that curved section between the aluminum rear side section and belly pan. There is also a small section of belly pan to remove between the trailer frame and banana wrap.
