Can PVC /Plastic be patched

I have a small hole in my blackwater tank. Is there anything out there that can patch a small hole til I get it replaced.

Your black tank is likely to be made of polyethylene; this material is almost impossible to glue, but it can be repaired by welding. Google for "weld polyethylene" and you should get a lot of hits.
