Black water tank valve flange

I need to replace the Thetford waste valve AND its mounting flange on original 1964 black water tank. The bottom 2 mounting studs on the old white flange were rotted/broken, allowing leak.

I have the collector and old valve removed and was able to cleanly remove (grind away) old flange and leave round lip on tank intact.

Figure on changing to Valterra system while in there.

What Valterra type mounting flange can I use (source?) to mount new waste valve to tank? Can I use existing collector on Valterra valve?

How does new flange attach/seal to tank?
Do new type flanges have recess to fit lip on tank?

Can this be done with tank in place, belly pan dropped?
