Welcome to the forums. I got a new black tank for my 68 Trade Wind from Inland. It is an exact reproduction of the factory tank. Wasn't cheap, but well worth the money for the time saved trying to make something else work.

Assuming your original had them, did the replacement tank you bought have the sensors? (empty. 1/2 full, etc)?

No, just the plain tank. It came with the fittings for the toilet flange and the vent stack but they are not installed. The new tank is a nice heavy gel coat fiberglass. That was a good thing, because it allows you to position the tank in the tank box exactly where you want it, put it in place under the trailer and then mark the location for the flange on top of the tank through the center of the toilet flange. Take the new tank down and cut the hole in the top of the new tank and fiberglass the fitting into place. Was really easy. Same for the vent.
