Black Water Tank-Manual Open?

I recently was dumping my black water tank (1984 Classic Motorhome)when the handle can off in my hand. It was apparently rusted through. Is there a way to open the valve manually? I know the valve needs to be replaced, but I'd like to dump the tank first.

The last guy with this problem had the best answer. Take it to the dealer.
