Back flush clean out of tanks

I was going to purchase today a clear connector w/hose connection for back flush for the purpose of cleaning out the waste tanks. I know I have a hose connection for that purpose that feeds a swirling wand of some sort that is installed in my 08 31 Classic.

Question store clerk had for me is this: Does the cleanout valve connector lead straight through to the tanks or does it take a Uee (right angle or 45) to the actual tank. Because if it does the clean out connector back flush will not work. Does anybody know the answer?

Don't waste your money. You have a 90 turn to the black water tank. The factory tank flush works just fine.
