Unhappy Any Hope for this thing??

Started work on the black water tank today on my '66 Overlander. The threaded fitting for the flange is history (coudn't tell that it was threaded). So I cut it out.Click image for larger version

The dump valve bracket is welded into the tank and it was broken too. So I cut it off.Click image for larger version

I looked at plastic welding threads (too late), but I'm thinking with all the adhesives available there may be some way to save this mess.

Goy any ideas?

The failures are due to the type plastic used.

We have fiberglass replacement tanks.
