Airhead vs. Thetford C-200

I am planning to have a small wet bath. My available space next to the wheel well is 22"X 35". (Too small for Nature's Head) I'm not going to have a black tank. Family of 4 with 2 younger teenage boys, all will avoid going #2 in trailer when possible.

I am really torn on this decision...price seems to be about the same.

Airhead - compostable
Pro's: Less emptying? Better for the environment. Less smell? No external hatch needed.
Cons: You have to have the fan running all the time. Fan noise? Maybe not suitable to support 4 people for very long?

Thetford C-200
Pro's: No fan noise, swivels to allow more shower space.
Con's: More chemicals to dump. More smell? Need to build a hatch for removing the tank.

Appreciate any input, I need to make the decision soon.
