94 Excella Black Water Valve Replacement

Have a '94 Excella Limited with a leaking black water valve. Tried flushing, squirting and powdered lube but still won't close completely. Looks like a previouse repair too (panel cut out near valve location). Need a source for parts and tips on replacement.

Suggestion:

Get to it, take it out, disassemble it, clean it.
There may be a bit of debris not allowing
it to seal off. Once you have it out, it only takes
a few minutes to disassemble.
