'81 Excella II Gray Water Tank Removal

We're in the middle of fixing up our 31 ft. '81 Excella II with center bath. We definitely have a leak in the gray water tank. I don't have any hesitation about taking the tank out but unfortunately I don't have a service manual. Tried emailing Airstream Tech but haven't received any reply yet. I'm sure I will but I'm a little anxious to get working on it. Can anyone provide any details on how to go about dropping the tank? I want to make sure that I'm able to put the sensors back on when it's either repaired or replace. Thanks in advance for any info provided.

Meant to thank you 'publicly' on the forum since we emailed back-n-forth. Thanks for your help and providing the diagram - very helpful.
