63' tradewinds black water tank

I have recently become the owner of a 63' tradewinds. I bought the 63' as a project. The previous owner had busted the blackwater tank were the valve attaches. I have the tank pulled out and was planning on re-fiberglassing around the valve. After close inspection that idea will not work. Also I opened a big can of worms. The plywood sub-floor is rotten, and part of the chassis is rusted out. Now I need to find a place that sells the blackwater tank and valve assembly for a 63' tradewinds. I have fiberglass experience and could build a custom tank that would be stronger than the original. Does any one have an idea as to what would be the best way to approach this problem. Should I bite the bullet and buy a new tank and valve, or should I build my own modified tank?

Thanks,
Peter
