3M Polyethylene Glue

3M makes 2 products that work on polyethylene tanks, DP 8005 and DP 8010.
These are industrial products not commonly available. I may be able to get a tube from Grainger, but have to set up a business account. Then Grainger will tell me if they can send me a tube.

1. Anybody have any experience with these products?
2. Anybody have a little extra I could buy to repair one crack?
3. Anybody know if DP 8005 or DP 8010 will work better on my black tank?
4. Anybody know where I can buy one tube?

They are very expensive products and you also have to get the dispenser equipment for them, as I recall.

I have had good results using West Systems G/Flex epoxy and flame treating the polyethylene first per West's instructions. I would suggest that approach over the 3m product.

The 3M glue is turning out to be impossible to get. As advised I opened a Grainger account, was sent to another department, and after being asked and answered if this was a private sale never heard back. No contact info either.
