Where Oh Where Is the Valve?

We are trying to get our 1999 Safari sanitized today, but we can't seem to find the valve which allows the water from the fresh water tank to come through. We can get the water from the city hose, but not from our fresh water tank. Does anyone know if/where it is? We're assuming that is the problem.

Our hot water tank is full of water.

Thanks so much for coming to our rescue.

Can you hear the water pump running?

As Bill says I assume your water pump works.
My trailer has a valve in line with the water pump to allow filling with antifreeze.
maybe you have the same. It should be right at the pump. Also I have a strainer in line with the pump.
If your pump doesn't run, did you remember to switch it on?

Wkerfoot, yes, the pump is running.

BigAl, my DH doesn't think we have a valve on the pump, at least he hasn't seen one. He is going to check the in-line strainer.

Also, in my haste to try to resolve this problem, I posted this question without doing a search first -- my bad. Immediately after posting, I searched and found a similar post from someone about a week or so ago.
I'd like to apologize for the duplication.

We found some things we can try from that other post too.

One new thing though, my DH would like to know if anyone knows if the 1999's have a "crossover" valve like the '71 Safaris have?

Thanks so much for everyone's help.
