What is this? maybe a regulator part?...any good web sources for replacement?

Howdy, i have recently began working on a 2008 19' Bambi and have discovered a leak under the bathroom sink. i am new to all these systems...so please bare with me in my descriptions.

The leak is coming from a connection which is at the side wall of the trailer. The hose is attached to this part pictured here.

When the water pump is turned on and all faucets are closed, the leak relieves itself at the connection. The piece pictured is clearly dry-rotting. The trailer has sat up for years, with no use. So, do i need to replace this entire unit which i believe to be called the Water Regulator or is the pictured piece available somewhere on the World Wide Webs? Thanks as always gents!

It does look to be the water inlet and regulator. Yes, replace it. Take the old one to a good RV parts department and have them match it up. It would be a common part, not exclusive to Airstreams so should be available other places.

The pictures only show half the regulator. You'll want to replace the whole thing.
