If you don't find the filter at your local WalMart try

Shop Camping World for RV Accessories, RV Parts, & other items for Outdoor Enthusiasts.

You'll want to remember to flush the new filter of any loose charcoal filtering elements prior to first use. Just push some water through until no black comes out then hook it up and use it.

A standard particle filter won't change the taste, you must use a charcoal filter as described above or similar.

Hey Steve-

Again you got the wrong hose. Use the red one that you used to mix the cement for the patio! All that lyme overpowers the rubber taste!

But on the serious side, as everyone mentioned above, white fresh water hose is the way to go!

To make it easy from campground to campground I just use the water sprayer used to clean the hoses out at the dump station. I just full my tank up and roll out.

I never get sick!
