Red face Water tank

I'm looking at a 1972 International. I have not seen it and the owner is telling me that water tank is busted. The unit is a center bath and the tank is somewhere around 4 by five feet. Does anyone know if this is obtainable and if not is it repairable?

If anyone has it

If anyone has it, it would be Inland RV.

If they don't then you may be able to repair with a plastic welder or just a soldering gun. That would all depend on how bad it is cracked.

There are degrees of bustedness that need to be defined. I have a '72 29' and joe somewhen busted off the vent nipple fitting that is an obvious leaker if the trailer is moved with any water in the tank. You need to lie down on the floor and methodically familiarize yourself with it's layout using a mirror and a flashlight to inspect if it is a failed hose clamp or something similar...

Replacement parts

I have found that most Airstream parts may be obtained from "Camper Repair Center" Montevallo, Alabama. They have three warehouses filled with Airstream parts, many old ones.

The original water tank for your trailer, has not been available for some time, from Airstream.

We have a replacement made, that is the same size and capacity.

Hey Andy,
You got a fresh water tank for 79 Moho Excella Classic, center bath. Tank is under roadside rear twin.
