Water pump light.

I would like to install a light on the water pump switch so I know when I have power to the pump, and to serve as a reminder to shut the pump when we go out or retire for the night.

I'm thinking a small red light on the wall next to the pump. I think I can tap into the wires that go thru the switch.

Does anyone know how to get the faceplate off the indicater panel so I can get to the switch? Looks like it just pops off but I want to be sure.

Thanx. Trailer is an 08 Safari.

Search in Amazon to find your switch but with a light. Saves you from drilling a hole!

Good idea! Do you know how the faceplate comes off?
