Water Pump 2005 22' International Airstream

We have a 2005 22 foot international airstream. We just bought it and it is our first airstream. I can't seem to get the water pump to come on. When we first bought it, the water pump came on great. The water pressure works only when a hose is attached. I was wondering what and where the things are that I should check (breakers, resets, switches), Any help is greatly appreciated!

Sounds like the water tank is empty.

The water tank shows that it is full.

The think the water pump should have a switch to turn it off when you are hooked up to city water. Have you switched it off by accident? On my AS there are two switches: one on the control panel and one in the bathroom. Either one switches on the pump.

The one on the panel in the kitchen is switched on. It doesn't change noises or pressure when it is turned off and on. I didn't know there was a switch in the bathroom. I'll check that one out. I was thinking there might be a fuse, a breaker, a reset switch or something like that for the waterpump. Thanks for the advice.. I am going to turn the bathroom upside down looking for that switch.

Sometimes the monitor panel doesn't read correctly. I assume you have filled the tank from the curbside water fill. I believe there is an inline fuse at the pump as well as a fuse on the 12 volt panel.

Good luck.

I hate to even mention this but - you are not hooked up to city water are you?

I think we are definitely getting somewhere now. I am not hooked up to city water (but i am curious what that would affect). I have no clue where the fuse panel is located. (we just bought the airstream). And the gauge could be stuck. I haven't tried refilling the tank. I just assumed it has water considering the gauge read 80% full. If you can tell me where the fuse panel is, that should be everything I need to know to fix the problem.

The only problem was a stuck water level gauge. I filled the tank and it works great. Thanks for all the advice.
