water leak center bath

I have just replaced the floor from the wheels back on my 89 Excella, with center bath. Replaced most everything from the shower back. There were hot water tank leaks, fitting leaks, floor wrap leaks, tail light leaks, and others. I did not do any work under the sink area of the bath. Last thing I did was pressure up the water system via the pump left it on for 6 hours and no leaks. Then installed new cork floor moved on. Now we are on the road and have developed a severe leak on the bath room floor. Water comes out from under the sink on top of the floor. The wheel well is dry as are all the pipes that supple the sink. I believe I have narrowed it down to the three pipes that disappear through the floor below the shower controller. The shower is not used and the controller is not in the system any longer. I cannot figure out how to get to the bottom of the three pipes that go down through the floor. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get to this area?
