Three valves under oven in '73 Sovereign

I have the manual and have read them but still can not figure out what the 3 knobs at floor level under stove are for. I think one is hot water lines and one is cold water line drains for winterizing and I would like to think the other is to fill the fresh water tank while connected to city water??? Anyone know for sure?

One each for hot and cold "low point" drains, one drain for fresh water tank!

But to fill FW tank with water, you must use the input spout on the outside of your trailer,to the left of the main door. City water won't connect to the tank.
