Sport 16 freshwater drain valves? 2014

Is there a diagram of the freshwater system online somewhere? Failing that on my sport 16 I'm draining the tank, there is a drain valve through the floor, there is also another valve between it and the tank. What is the purpose of that valve? Do you shut this valve off for normal use? I'm guess it has something to do with the city water system? Thanks

The second drain valve is for the hotwater tank. Open it, then pop the pressure relief valve on the HW tank and it will drain. I would still take out the drain plug on the hot water tank for winter storage to guard against freezing.

I might not have described it well, this valve is right up against the freshwater tank, doesn't drain through the floor. It's between the freshwater tank and the through the floor drain valve. I believe my trailer only has one through the floor drain. There is no separate hot water heater drain on this trailer or at least none of the information I've seen mention it.
