Replacing kitchen faucet

I would like to replace my kitchen faucet with a faucet that has a longer neck to get into taller pans etc. I have a 1995 Sovereign 21ft. Can I purchase any faucet I like or are there specifications I need to be aware of before purchasing? How would you rate the difficulty in replacing a kitchen faucet in the Airstream? I've replaced faucets at home, is it basically the same? Any special considerations hooking up the water lines? Any and all suggestions welcomed.

I replaced the faucet in my '68 with a bar faucet from Home Depot, which fit perfectly into the existing holes and even hooked up to the existing lines, no problems. I don't know what your faucet looks like, but try to get a look underneith it, take some measurements if necessary, and head over to your local hardware store to compare what they have.

I replaced the faucet in my '95 30-ft Excella with a standard kitchen sink faucet from Home Depot. I got one with the spray attachment that extends through the outlet. You can use one that is designed to fit sinks with one or more holes. It was hard to get the old one out. I had to remove the sink to figure it out. That made it a lot easier to get the new one in, and removing the sink wasn't all that hard anyway.
