Replacing a Water Tank for 70 Ambassador

I have a 1970 Ambassador AS and I was wondering how to remove the existing watertank and replace it. I see a pan underneath the trailer but from the inside there is very little space to disconnect the hoses from reaching inside under the sink. My Suburban gas heater is in the way.

Does anyone know if I have to rip up the floor to replace the water tank in order to reach the hose connections?

Can I do this by going from underneath the trailer?

Thanks for any help you can provide

It's all done from underneath the trailer, except for disconnecting things on the top side.

We have the new tanks.
