plumbing diagram for rear bath

I think I want to replace the copper lines in my '77 Sovereign because of multiple problems. It is a 31 ft rear bath model. Does anyone have a plumbing diagram that would apply. I don't mean the schematic that is in the manuals, but rather a diagram of the actual runs. Also, would 50' each of cold and hot PEX be enough for replacement?
Thanks.
Eugenie

The service manuals give a pretty good picture of the layout, otherwise I think the only way would be by line of sight which wont be easy as it is well hidden.
