As mentioned the screen on the faucet is most likely the problem.
Remove the screen and see if it it clogged. If so clean it. While the screen is off turn the water on to prove the problem is not before the faucet.
It is common for calcium deposits from the bottom of the hot water heater to be stirred up when the heater is filled for the first time in the spring, after being winterized, and for that material to be deposited on the screen.
Another point to consider is if you have a filter before the sink that filter may be clogged.
