sometimes in cold weather I'll have water flow in the back and not in the front--some small puddle in the pipes and they're frozen. You've been warm back there, but I guess it's turned cold this week? Is your shower at the end of the water line(s)?
You seem to be saying that this occurs when you are hooked up by hose to a tap. Is the shower flow good when you are using the trailer's water pump?
How many locations have you hooked up and seen this problem? If it is just happening at home and the trailer water pump is good, I'd wonder if the water pressure coming out of the tap isn't enough to lift to the showerhead.

Check on your shower head if it has a soap switch which turns the shower spray to a dribble while you soap up to save water. You will find this switch on the hose line right before the shower head it will look like a pin slide which you can move back and forth. Good luck.

I am very happy it was something simple. Wait until to join the ranks of us vintage owners and then you can pull your hair out over some goofy problem.
