Pex Parts List?

Does anyone know or have a list of all the parts I will need to redo all lines with pex in a 69 Overlander?

The copper lines are broken everywhere and I haven't gone in and actually made a list of all the T's and 90's needed so I thought I would take a stab here.

Plus, how much length of pex is needed? I wanted to do the red and blue.

I don't think you'll get an answer to this one. I have a service manual for my year and model the gives a schematic of the plumbing. I'm sure I could get an Idea of what would be needed for my coach.

I just did a repair in my trailer the other day. I changed out the stool from a thetford bravura (never worked well, piece of c**p) to a Sealand traveler (fantasic stool).

I had to buy the crimping tool from Lowes $97 for one fitting.

All you need to pex in your trailer is the tubing, fittings (elbows, valves, etc) and the crimper. The crimper is your largest investment. Our trailer has all 1/2 inch pex. I think it would fun to re plumb a trailer with pex. The stuff cuts like butter with a sharp garden shear.

Let me know if you want my crimping tool, if not, that ok, I'll either sell it on ebay or just keep it.

For the tubing, just measure the runs approximately, and double up on the amount. You will need about 30+30ft, give or take a few.
I opted to use the flair it fittings, no special tool required, and they can be taken apart if you make a mistake.
To build the system, you canparallel build it and then remove the old stuff. AS far as which and how many fittings, that's a tough one. You are going to have to take a head count...it's different from traielr to trailer.
I used 1/2in PEX all the way, everywhere. Makes ordering fittings and tubing easy, and works very well.

Go to this link http://www.pexconnection.com/ and on the left side under information is a PEX catalog. I downloaded it and used it in planning my re-plumb. It has a considerable amount of info as well as showing what is available.
