The copper lines are broken everywhere and I haven't gone in and actually made a list of all the T's and 90's needed so I thought I would take a stab here.
Plus, how much length of pex is needed? I wanted to do the red and blue.

For the tubing, just measure the runs approximately, and double up on the amount. You will need about 30+30ft, give or take a few.
I opted to use the flair it fittings, no special tool required, and they can be taken apart if you make a mistake.
To build the system, you canparallel build it and then remove the old stuff. AS far as which and how many fittings, that's a tough one. You are going to have to take a head count...it's different from traielr to trailer.
I used 1/2in PEX all the way, everywhere. Makes ordering fittings and tubing easy, and works very well.
