Only warm water in shower

In our 2007 Safari 25FB we only get warm water in the shower. The kitchen and bath are hot. Is the problem in the shower fixture? o,r in the flow valves which appear to be in the correct positions.

Maybe the shower valve needs to be adjusted for hot/cold mix. Do you still have the manual to make those adjustments? You can access the valve through the access panel in the hall closet.

Showers come with a limit setting so kids can't burn themselves. If your shower had hotter water at one time I would adjust that setting.

The most common cause for warm water only from the shower is a clogged filter inside the on/off handle.

See the video on how to change it. Moen will replace the filter free of charge under a lifetime warranty if you are the original owner.

I took mine apart a year ago. There was gunk inside the cartridge. The issue is that you have to buy a cartridge puller to get to it. I got one from Ace Hardware.
