Oh no it wont move!!

Does anyone have pic on how to move the wood panel under the fresh water tanks.We tryed pushing up on it with two people it wont move at all.I would like to check them out to make sure everything all right since we replaced all the cooper pipes inside.We have the book but its not working like the book said it should....

Is it the wood panel that holds the water tank in place?

yes,with metel bars around all four sides.But it wont move with two people and a crow bar.

You will need to unbolt the angle iron retainer that keeps things in place. After you do that, you can lift up on the plywood and slide it out from under the tank. Make sure someone is holding the tank so it doesn't fall on you after the wood is removed.

There's no wood panel under the water tank that I know of, or in the book?

The water tank has an angle frame that is welded solid on three sides, but has one removable angle, as Overlander 63 has stated.
The removable angle will allow the wood panel that supports the polyethylene tank to slide out and allow the tank to drop to the floor.
You will have to undo the fill pipe, vent pipe and level sensors.

We've done all that but the plywood won't lift up at all we tryed everything.We cant get it to move in anyway.Not sure why
We know it hasn't had water in it in over a years so the tank are dry.It just doesn't want to give us apeck at those tanks.L.O.L
And yes our does have plywood in a metel frame.And from what we can tell nothing until now has been changed in her.

We used a floor jack to raise and lower our tank.
Made up a wooden frame to spread out the force so we would not punch a hole or break the old plastic tank.
Easy does it.

I am glad you posted that as I am planning on dropping my tank this spring. I am then going to take it out and have a dairy clean in place done on it. (Putting in new plumbing).

I think I will make sure I have a good brace built under everything before I even start.

The plywood slides, and the tank drops out through the hole.
