Noisy water lines when using fresh water tank

When we use the city water hookup our water flow is quiet,however when we use the fresh water tank a loud viberating noise comes from somewhere between below the toilet and the lavatory in the bathroom of our 2010 Sport 22 FB. I have checked as much of the tubing as I can from the opening in the closet where the pump is and under the sink in the bathroom. The white water line seems to be vibrating on the black box under the toilet but I cannot figure out how to get to it. Do I need to remove the toilet?? If so how hard is it to do, any suggestion are appreciated. I know this may be a warrenty issue but I like to fix things myself.

You know...I had the same problem and found the vibration under my sink near the toilet.The white pex line was rubbing against the red pex line and part of the wall making the noise really loud.I fixed it by wrapping a piece of pipe insulation around the area that was rubbing and no more noise.Seems to me this is what is happening to yours but I could also be wrong.
I had to turn the water on and dig around while feeling the pipe and grabbing it.When I found the line and gave a little bend the noise went away.All is fixed now.

Do you hear the (normal) pump noise? This noise is sometimes louder until I flush the toilet (to get air out of the system?)

Devoman, I have wraped insulation around as much as I can get to, the white line going throught the wall under the toilet is the one that is shaking but I am unable to get in that area. How loud is just the pump running?

I had the same problem with my redo on the Tradewind so I also wrapped one of the pipes with insulation. This cut down the noise but it was still bothersome. I then attached the two water lines together with snap ties and this took care of the problem since they were vibrating against each other.

Try bleeding the lines, including the shower.

That is what I had to do.I put the insulation in between the 2 lines and the the vibrating noise stopped.

I have had this problem in my last two travel trailers. The ultimate solution has always been to get the air out of the plumbing. You can mask/dampen it by relocating or padding pipes, but getting the air out of the pipes is a lot easier. In both cases however I had modern high quality pumps. Some older or inexpensive pumps pulse more, and sound deadening may be the only answer.

We have taken 2 showers and I have run multiple tanks of water through the systems while looking for the noise. How else do I bleed the lines?

I'm about out of ideas on air in the lines.....maybe try bleeding the exterior shower? Next I'd look at the pump: my '07 had a flexible line on the outlet side; now they are using flexible lines on the inlet side, too. That might be an easy fix. Or, as others have suggested, maybe you have a pex line making contact with something, and exacerbating an otherwise barely noticeable vibration.

there is a SMALL set/adjustment screw

on the bottom of the pump that SOLVES this issue.

it is discussed in the previous link posted.

it is IN the pump manual from the maker...

it can be found ON the water pump.

I inserted a 20" piece of flexible sink tubing between the pump and the hard PEX piece.

AND NOW THE NOISE IS GONE!!!!!!!!

I have been having the same problem with my 08 20ft. There are 2 places to bleed in mine. The drain taps at the back of the unit,and the drain taps under the seat where the hot water tank is. This always solves the problem until I move to another spot. Then I have to tweak one or two of the drain taps for a second or so,and the noise goes away.
