No water at Sink

We pulled into jBar Ranch in S Dakota and I hooked up to water/sewer at the camp and had no water flow in the sink, either cold or hot after lighting the water heater. Plenty of water and pressure in the bath sink and toilet flushed fine. Only no water at the sink. Previous sites had no hookups and used internal tank and pump for several days with no problem. I had put a cap on the water inlet also. at those locations. I also disconnected the city water and tried to run it on the pump internal tank and that didn't work.

At my next location the water flow returned fine to the sink off city water. I'm thinking the pressure regulator, that bell shaped thing in the back closet must have gotten stuck closed restricting flow to the sink. And then the travel vibration kicked it back open. Looked under the counter at the valves nothing had changed there. I did try banging on it with a wrench when it wasn't working but that didn't change things. Any thoughts from you pros?

I am guessing that the screen on the kitchen faucet had a blockage and bouncing down the road moved it out of the way. Try pulling the screen off and see if anything comes out (besides water).

Not sure if there is a screen but will check. Replaced the original faucet last summer with a new type that comes loose to be a wand it needed. BUT after it started working the push switch on it that toggles between a "spray" or "stream" wouldn't toggle back from the "spray" mode.
