Question leaky water pipe

I have a 2002 30' Classic that has a water leak. The water is dripping from the access plate that is under the water tank, it is a small drip that occurs when city water is on or when the pump is on. When inspecting the area around the pump it is dry, as well as the area around the water heater. I know the water leak is from the cold water supply and is not anywhere in the trailer. Has any one experienced this problem and where can I access the trailer to find the leak.
