Isolate bathroom plumbing in bambi?

We have a major leak, I believe coming from the fresh intake somewhere in the bathroom. I can turn the water off to the toilet, but is there a valve to prevent water going anywhere into the bathroom so we can still use the kitchen until it's repaired? Preferably one I can access? :-)
