Fresh Water Tank Gauge

2005, 22', Intn'tl CCD. 30 gallon fresh water tank. CATCON Micropulse monitor.

I cannot get proper monitor readout on fresh water tank. When filled, but before routing water through hot water tank, monitor reads full. After routing water through 6 gallon heater monitor reads empty. Fill additional 6 gals into fresh water tank and monitor reads full. It seems that losing 6 gals drops monitor reading from full to empty. Sounds like a calibration problem. Catcon manuals are unavailable and I haven't found an Airstream calibration method. Black and gray tank monitor readouts seem OK. Help please.

Calibrating helped, but note that the 5 labels (Cal Complete, Ready for full, Ready for empty, select tank, and Diagnostics) shown on the bottom of the Micropulse in the calibration guide are not really there. I think it is a stick on label that gets peeled off when first installed. So have your guide handed while you're doing the calibration. Might as well calibrate the gray and black tanks while you're at it.
