Fresh Water Tank Connections

Looking for some help on what i will need going in and out of my new fresh water tank. the fill pipe is the easy one, need to know what to do for the vent and the water pump connections. i will be using a plastic tank and putting it in the frame... maybe somebody has a picture or two..
