Smile Fresh Water Holding Tank Question...

Hi All !!
Looking forward to another season of Airstream Camping. I am flushing and sanitizing my fresh water holding tank and wondered if anyone had a suggestion on a quicker way to drain the tank, besides opening the 2 small drains on the outside of the tank by the axel.

Thanks
John

You can always turn all the faucets on and let the water pump deplete the tank, in addition to the drains. Just open your grey valve if it's just clean water anyways.

If you are really that impatient, you could also syphon out the water as it is draining and being pumped out.

A two-inch hole saw will take care of that pesky problem.

Slow?

Slow? I opened my little valves a week ago and can't get rid of the water. I opened the kitchen sink faucet, thinking it was an air pressure thing, but it still won't drain.....maybe I'll try siphoning..............
