I have an 03 Safari 25 SS... my water drain valve is white plastic and located between the two curb side wheels. The open position on mine is when the handle is pointing straight at the curb. It has always drained at an annoyingly slow pace. Perhaps gentle use of a pipe cleaner or long q-tip would clear yours up?

Fresh tank drain.

Hi, my 2005 Safari 25-B also has a white valve located between the curb side wheels. The off, or closed position, is when the handle is pointed to the rear of my trailer. The on, or open position, is when the handle is pointed towards the front of my trailer. If I have it pointing towards the curb, half open, it will drain very slowly. As it is though, 40 gallons of water will take hours to drain out of the little white valve.

Unhappy Drain valve, real slow...

Hi,
Our 25' Safari has it the opposite, it is a rear entry door set up, the valve is off when it is pointing forward. We have the same problem, it drains real, seriously really, really slooow.

What to do???

I have a 76' excella, and mine drains extremely slow as well. I've tried cleaning it and it still just trickles out.

We have an '05 25FB. The fresh water drain valve is on the left side of the trailer. The valve drains when the handle is pointed toward the front of the trailer.

1972 23 ft Safari, drain valve under sink, was slow until I carefully back blew from underneath and then it ran out pretty well from the 3/8" OD tube.

How much water do I have, the book states 50 gal. (Int'l) but doesn't say about the Safari.

Anyone know where my freshwater drain valve is for a 65 Globetrotter and what it would/will look like?
