Cracked City Water Connector

My recently acquired 1961 Safari has a cracked city water connector that leaks and won't hold air pressure. Ideas to fix it would be appreciated and are replacement connectors for vintage A/S available.

Update: I sealed the crack with an epoxy paste and fiberglass matting. The air pump now builds pressure but looses it over time. Will search for the air leak after I fix the black water dump valve which leaks.
