There are many possibilities.
Check for obstructions like mud or debris in the pipe.
Remove the screen on the faucets to make sure they are not clogged.
Check that the backflow preventer is not installed backward and is not stuck or clogged.
Make sure you actually have water coming to unit.
Check for water coming out from broken lines under or outside.
Make sure that the plumbing goes where it is supposed to and there is not a shutoff on the line.
If it is none of the above then start over and check again.

There are 5 different valves that need to be closed, if they were left open after draining the lines. Three are under the kitchen sink. One is behind the toilet and another in the closet in the bathroom (or it may be in the closet with the water heater). Fiddle with these and see if the water gets going. Also, be sure the drain valve on the water heater is closed.

Here are links to the Airstream companies book store, where you can purchase the Owners Manual:

https://store.airstream.com/product_...products_id=98

And the Service Manual:

https://store.airstream.com/product_...products_id=96

For each just select the year (1972) and order them! These will be very valuable to you in operating your trailer and will be especially helpful if you need to do any repairs. These manuals also come up on ebay every once in a while, but Airstream has them now, so why wait?

Best of luck. If you need pictures of anything, please let me know and I can go out and take some. My trailer is just behind my house, so it is very easy for me to check on anything that you may have a question about.
