City water/drain access door, 1995 Excella 25'

I purchased a 1995 Excella 25' in January. The gentleman who had the
coach had replaced the belly pan. Because he had planned on keeping the coach, he covered the city water/drain access. He did not ever use these features.
My question to you Airstreamers is where are these located so that I can regain access to them. Are they in front of the roadside wheel well and how far? And would I be able to find a replacement access door somewhere?
