1972 25ft, land yacht fresh water pluming replacement
I have just bought a 1972 land yacht, and i need to replace the fresh water lines to the toilet and shower. I'm thinking of using some of that new flexible pipe and splicing it to the existing copper line, that's still good. I'm not sure if that would be a good fix. I need some advice on what to do. I'm a college student and need to fix it before school starts, because that will be my new home.

Congrats on your new Airstream. It would be better to replace all the copper lines with Pex, then you would not have to worry about them again, but considering that you are in a time crunch I would adopt the old copper line to Pex using a "Sharkbite" connector and then run the new Pex line to your toilet and the shower. If I were a college student I would just fix the immediate problem.
