1971 overlander rear bath city water hook up

I found the city water hoop up, ran my hose to it and cant get water to flow do i need to run the pump or no? Also is there a shut off that I might be missing?

I may be the pressure regulator is stuck shut. It is not uncommon, our Sovereign had the problem before we acquired it. It should be located in the rear compartment, to the left as you are standing behind the trailer.

Also make sure all the drain and supply valves are opened or closed as appropriate.
