Zip Dee awning customized
If you have one of the longer Zip Dee street side awnings like me you have probably seen it twist up at one end and down at the other with a loud noise in moderate wind gust. I suggested to Zip Dee they had a design problem but they didn't think so. The fix was to buy two additional hold down strap kits and mount one at each end of the awning.

Should have mentioned I also installed additional Zip Dee travel hooks at the unsecured ends of awnings on both sides.
