Faulkner awnings

My rig has a Faulker Ultramax 23' awning. Need a new gas cartridge (Lift O Mat) for the center rafter as it appears to be frozen. Cannot straighten the center rafter as the piston will not move. Any ideas where I can get a new (or even used) Lift O Mat cartridge? Any dealers carrying Faulkner parts will be appreciated.
