Fair price for a set of 3 awnings??

I need some opinions on a ballpark value for 3 awnings for a '72 Overlander.
I found a '72 Overlander with the 2 long side awnings and a bathroom awning. I have a '73 overlander that needs them. The awnings are Zip-Dee and all have fabric....assume it will have to be replaced. All the hardware appears to be there. The trailer is for sale on a used car lot, but the person will not sell the awnings separate. Any advice or opinions on price would be greatly appreciated. I might buy the whole thing.....I have seen worse ones while looking last year....Thanks to all

Well I cannot comment on the price for used but I did just get a quote for new awnings. I have a 1976 22' Argosy and I was quoted over $2000 for a set of all 3 awnings... So take that into consideration. Also, I have hear from other threads that the material used in the awnings can be quite expensive to replace. Good luck with your decision.

Thanks for the input crabbey....I contacted zip dee directly today. They priced the main awning at about $2900.00 for a brand new complete set-up to include the center support. Shipping is extra......I can probably get the whole trailer for a decent price, I will try around $2k......it's not too bad......as I said, have seen worse. Thanks again

You can always part out the trailer to make your money back too. I am sure that people will grab up any spare parts...
