Question Carefree awning missing parts ???

After installing the new awning material and pulling it out I seem to be missing something on both extension arms as well as the locking mechanism on each side for storing against the trailer. Never having an older style (the carefree PDF file doesn't show the prop and lock photos) does anyone have a photo of what it should look like?

I can snap a few photographs as soon as the rain lets up. The Airstream awning is stripped off for our resotration but the one on the Avion should be accessible.

See if any of these help you out.

As for my lock bars. The one's on our Avion lock using pins (you can see the drill holes) through the lock bars. The one's on our Airstream (which are at home in the garage) use thread steel inserts that that allow you to pinch bolt the lock bar slides at any point you desire.

I plan to install some pressed inserts in the Avion's lock bars at some point. Let's see I think this is "to Do" task 12,379 on my list of top 100 trailer repairs to be done.

Regards,

Kevin

Oh and the green mold is just a reminder that a good Spring cleaning is in order.
