Newer trailers use ZipDee awnings and can get replacement parts from them.
Yours looks like it uses an A & E awning. I'm not sure if they're still in business but Vintage Trailer Supply might be a place to start or Colaw's Trailer Salvage (oh the trauma of looking at that many totaled Airstreams).
If its like this be careful. The arm could fall loose, swing around and really hurt your Airstream. I found my broken mount by accident....sitting on the step having a cool one. You can find any awning part in the RV Parts area of EBAY.
