Awning Mildew

Hi to all,

Our 2001 Excella has blue awnings. We noticed along the top outside of the awning edge has some grayish mildew stains. Any advice on how to remove the mildew ? We worry about a product bleaching our blue awnings.

We used Simple Green or was it Mean Green on ours with no problems. Thinking its Mean Green. The Dollar stores sells it what ever it is.
Spray on let it soak then hose off. Better test an area to be safe though. Might be a different type die or something depending on the years.
