Awning advice

I just got a 25' Excella and I am need of some zip-dee parts. Is the manafacturer the best place to get parts. I need a top bracket on the left side.A brace with the hook for the same side. I need a top piece that the roller goes on for the right side that says zip-dee in red on it.
