Bruno,

I believe that the fabric is made by Sunbrella and you can probably order it from Zip-Dee Awing Co. in the US. www.zipdeeinc.com I would send them a photo of what you want. They will need the dimensions of your awning (which IS a Zip-Dee) and they will guide you from there.

I am also a dealer for this company. Let me know if I can help in the process.

Byam Birthday Awning

Leefields:

That is a great patriotic awning for sitting under and celebrating Wally Byam's birthday with a chilled adult beverage. I'm sure he would be smiling down upon you!

LOVE all these striped awnings! Ours is a simple gray, but I must admit
I've been thinking of changing it to a festive stripe. As for the Sunbrella
fabric, I can't say enough about how great their product is. The recent technology in outdoor fabrics has given them a giant leap forward in what's
available as far as a variety of different textures and designs . Not all will
be suitable for awnings, but I've just recovered my dinette and bed in our
trailer in a Sunbrella textured gray/white. It's fade and stain resistant and
doesn't have that stiff feel of previous generations of "outdoor" fabric. As
a designer, I've been specifying Sunbrella for many "indoor" applications:
rental condos, sunrooms and anywhere that needs child or dog proofing.

I was curious if you could tell me if there are any sales agents or distributers in British Columbia, or Western Canada that would be able to help me out. I'd like to purchase a Zipdee for my 1972 Tradewind. Thanks in advance!

Cameron, call ZipDee directly they can give you a quote on the Awning and the shipping, or can help you out with a dealer in BC. They gave us the same price as the biggest Airstream Parts Center on this Planet...
